IT HELP DESK ROLE- JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Good computer troubleshooting skills

·         24/7 shifts

·         Place of work:  GENPACT-   Hyderabad facility

·         Eligibility:   2011 / 2012 passed out  Technical graduates (BE/B. Tech) – Xth 70 % & above percentage , XIIth 70 % & above percentage, Engineering any percentage eligible.

·         Remuneration:       Rs. 1,20,000 p.a. + Transport Allowance Rs. 15,600 p.a. + Incentives Rs. 0-5000 p.m.+ Annual Bonus.

·                     Process – DAY I :          G.D + Written test

·                     Process  - DAY II :         Technical round   +  HR round
