·       Should be able to speak (have excellent communication skills) in (Hindi/ Tamil) English is mandatory. (Hindi should not have the local dialect; it should be as close to Hindi spoken in North India.

Candidates who get through all the interview rounds will be appointed on Optimus role and they will be under training for 17-20 days. During  the training per day 100 Rs stipend will be paid. If the candidate does not clear the training certification, he / she will be out of the process.

Pay Out Structure Terms and Conditions:

Ø  Per candidate 1000 Rs. (For both Hindi and Tamil languages)

Ø  Candidate should be active for 60 days in the system. After completion of 60 days consultancy head / concerned person has to raise the invoice and the same will be paid as per our pay mode process.

Ø  If any candidate leaves the organization within 60 days then consultancy has to replace another candidate on free of cost.
