Role : Software development and consulting , technology mentoring

Desired skill set : First class engineers with strong communication and presentation  skills and commitment towards the job. Willingness to work across the verticals of the group.

Selection Process :
  I) Essay writing, JAM and PIR
 Ii) Written test in english,reasoning and C language
 Iii) Group discussion
 Iv) Face to Face
  v) HR and Offer

The selected candidates are required to acquire strong expertise  in following 4 areas within 90 days of issuing the offer or prior august 2012 which ever comes first

              I) Aptitude and Reasoning
             ii) Softskills and personality development
            iii) Verbal and communication skills
            iv) Software application skill in C, C++, SQL, Oracle suit ( J2EE, Oracle DBA,Weblogic Admin, Oracle SOA, Oracle Apps and Web services ) , J2ee Development frameworks and testing or equivalent technologies.

ITPConsulting Services recommends but not mandates Tech Genius  Solutions hyderabad as the  preferred training provider for above areas.

Salary : 1.8 lak per annum ctc inclusive of incentive and loyalty bonus and training re imbursement

Upon completing the probation (6 months) the candidate is eligible for below benefits

Performance Incentive : upto 25,000 per annum
Loyalty Bonus : 25,000 per annum
Training reimbursement  : Upto 36,000 for a block of three years. Conditions apply.
Medical insurance : Upto one lakh

regular appraisal happens every year.

Bond : 3  years

Note : The candidates will be used for internal and external training programs during bench period ( if any )hence are requested to acquire a T3 certification prior joining. T3 certification is mandatory.
