Job Role         : Remote  Infrastructure Management - Technical Support Associate (100% voice programmers)

- Provide Technical solutions to the external customers

- Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.

- Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN

- Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting

- Browser Support - Internet Explorer

- Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts

- User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.

- Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.

**This role is NOT into BPO domain.

Salary : 1.8 lak per annum ctc inclusive of incentive and loyalty bonus and training re imbursement

Upon completing the probation (6 months) the candidate is eligible for below benefits

Performance Incentive : upto 25,000 per annum
Loyalty Bonus : 25,000 per annum
Training reimbursement  : Upto 36,000 for a block of three years. Conditions apply.
Medical insurance : Upto one lakh

regular appraisal happens every year.

Bond : 3  years

Note : The candidates will be used for internal and external training programs during bench period ( if any )hence are requested to acquire a T3 certification prior joining. T3 certification is mandatory.
